Herc Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HRI) has sold all of its interest in Hertz Equipment Rental Company Limited (AKA Hertz China), to Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. Terms of the transaction have not been announced. The transaction is subject to the approval of relevant government authorities in China and is expected to close within 60 days.

LiuGong is committed to providing the comprehensive solutions that customers have become accustomed to from LiuGong, and customer segments are becoming an increased focus for the company.

As Director – Global Rental and Used Equipment, Mr. Cassinelli brings a wealth of knowledge from years of experience in all aspects of the rental and used equipment business.

January 8, 2020, Jakarta, Indonesia – LiuGong announces the opening of a new subsidiary in Jakarta, Indonesia today. The celebration event takes place at JI Expo with more than 400 participants including LiuGong customers, dealers, senior management and local dignitaries.
